Turnbull Associates, owned and administered by John Turnbull was established in 1992, while John was working as a Corporate Private Investigator providing services for the financial institutions primarily solving fraud cases and working with other legal organizations to recover assets obtained by fraud.
John is well versed in “Court Proceedings”, the “Mechanics Lien and Storage Act”, “Bill 15”, “Commercial Landlord and Tenant Act” and the application of each and the rights of businesses, financial institutions and individuals.
Options can be given to expedite legal issues and avoid long and expensive court hearings.
John Turnbull obtained certification as a “Canadian Personal Property Appraiser” to compliment the other services offered.
The company has now evolved to provide a broader line of services through a close association with the following:
- “Private Investigation Company” offering Criminal Background Checks, Private Investigation, Security Services and Personal Protection Detail.
- “Bailiff Service” offering asset recovery and addressing commercial landlord tenancy issues through various legal processes.
